Shipping Policy (Made-to-Order Items)

Order Processing

All Virtua Vibe products are made to order. Because items are made to order, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production begins. Return eligibility is outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Production time: 1–3 business days

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)

  • We stand behind every order—if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

United States

  • Shipping method: Standard

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days after production

  • Shipping cost: Free for U.S. standard shipping,

  • No additional fees for U.S. orders - what you see at checkout is the final price.

  • International shipping rates are calculated and shown at checkout.


International Shipping (Including EU & UK)

  • Estimated delivery time: 10–30 business days after production

  • Shipping cost: Calculated and displayed at checkout

Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, or other factors outside our control.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Virtua Vibe is not responsible for customs fees, import duties, VAT, or other taxes applied to international orders. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

If a package is refused due to unpaid customs duties or taxes, the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs or carrier fees incurred.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.


Delays & Carrier Issues

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to carrier or external factors outside our control.

  • Incorrect address information

  • Events outside our control

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery is under the responsibility of the shipping provider.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses may require additional fees to resend.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at virtuavibe.store@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
